


Each space can be rented independently or all together. The final fee includes:
- A $250 security deposit
- Insurance coverage is calculated by the type and number of people attending your event.
- If needed, we can provide an audio technician for $100 for up to 3 hours then an additional $50 an hour.
All facilities used must be returned to their original state. If the facilities are not cleaned properly a cleaning fee will be charged. Minimum $50.
